Workshop Synopsis (Abstract)
Projects are unique and equally challenging from project to project with different challenges that strengthened the knowledge of a project manager. The sharing of project manager experience allows others to reap benefits and enhance the knowledge of the project management community from approaches, tools and techniques that would benefit the other project managers in the organization.
The project shared in this session is unique to the organization where the project manager assigned to handle a project beyond routine role in plant general topic that that span across sites and functions span from operations, finance, EHS, commercial, warehouse, security , site service, human resources, spare part management, industrial engineering and multi external suppliers to deliver end goal of “One Company, One Team” with the “Passion to Win”. Positive results during the project phase resulted in the request of the sponsor to expand the scope and challenge to the project manager in balancing stakeholder management and delivering result that benefit the organization.
Program objectives
The sharing would benefit the audience on handling complex situations in managing stakeholders, challenges, key take away and weakness in the project phase that are worth being hilite to enable other project managers to take note for future projects in the near similar environment.
