SYNOPSIS:

People take mental health as madness and illness. This social stigma has made mental health operate on “shame-based”. In this module, we decode the myths around mental health and bring in the awareness that mental health is predictable, preventable, and curative.

In today’s fast-paced work culture, maintaining a healthy work-life balance and prioritizing personal well-being is essential for sustained productivity and job satisfaction. Forbes magazine reports post-pandemic we are experiencing a “new kind of burnout” that is seriously jeopardizing our wellbeing. Burnout especially, 76% of employees and 96% of leaders experiencing burnout at some point in their careers, it seems obvious that preventing burnout and looking after our wellbeing should be a business priority for all – but what does that look like?

So, what can we do about it, as employers and employees?

PROGRAM OBJECTIVES:

This Two-Day workshop is designed to equip participants with practical coping strategies to manage mental health effectively and prevent mental illness. Through interactive sessions and exercises, participants will learn how to identify symptoms, implement P.A.C.E management techniques, and cultivate resilience to thrive in their professional and personal lives.

  6. The Mind-Heart-Body Connection – P.A.C.E Your Life with Predictive &Preventive Techniques:
    1. P (Pause) – Pause to Reflect, Pause to R.A.P, Pause to Celebrate the small wins
    2. A (Take Action)– Use 5-Sec Rule to ‘Act without Reacting’, Re-frame for negative Redirection,
    3. C (Make Connection) – Connect to Your Biological Body, Connect to Inner Peace with Breathing & Body Movement Techniques, and buildyour Daily Self Care Habit
    4. E (Pursue Enjoyment)– Sprinkle your daily D.O.S.E of Happiness

   7. Your Wellness Management Plan – Set SMARTER Goal with Monitoring & Adjusting Strategies and build a community of support Network.

METHODOLOGY:
