Hands-on: Test simple vs improved prompts; explore differences in outputs.
Module 2: Prompting for Research, Trend Analysis & Market Insights
Use AI tools to automate information curation, research validation, and summarisation. Hands-on: Generate trend analyses for industry case studies (e.g., retail, tech, finance).
Module 3: Prompting for Business Planning & Strategy
Design prompts to support strategic planning: SWOT, competitor benchmarking, customer personas, and ROI projections.
Hands-on: Create strategic documents based on user-provided or sample scenarios.
Module 4: Prompting for Project Analysis & Reporting
Apply prompt engineering to support project evaluation, risk analysis, progress reporting, and stakeholder communication.
Hands-on: Create AI-generated project summaries and RAG (Red-Amber-Green) or ‘Traffic Lights’ reports.
Module 5: Ethics, Governance, and Responsible Use of AI
