Hands-on: Compare prompt outputs, identify improvements.
Module 2: Prompting for Customer Support & Response Automation
Use AI to handle FAQs, complaints, refund policies, product troubleshooting, and more.
Hands-on: Draft human-like customer replies and escalate workflows.
Module 3: Prompting for Internal Communications
Automate memos, announcements, team briefings, email responses, SOP updates, and reports.
Hands-on: Build tone-specific prompts for different roles (e.g. CEO vs HR)
Module 4: Prompting for Marketing, Branding & Promotion
Use prompt templates to generate social posts, taglines, email campaigns, ad copy, event invites, and calls-to-action.
Hands-on: Create branded content with AI for a specific campaign.
Module 5: AI Ethics in Communication and Brand Representation
Discuss risks: hallucination, bias, tone mismatches, and misinformation in customer-facing content.
Hands-on: Analyse a controversial AI-generated ad and identify what went wrong.
