1. LEAN Concept / Methodology ( Manufacturing / Corporate environment)
2. Change Management
3. Fundamental Six Sigma Methodology
4. Lean Six Sigma Green Belt
This 5-day course involving hands on instructor led class. The class focuses on DMAIC concepts and tools application. Participants build the capabilities required to become high-performing members on Lean Six Sigma project teams. They learn problem solving, project management and statistical skills while applying them to identify improvement projects. The course is organized around the DMAIC model, a systematic method for analyzing and improving business performance. MINITAB, a statistical analysis software program, is used throughout the course.

5. Introduction to Lean Six Sigma (Fundamental)
This 2-day course will provide an overview and the main benefits of implementing Lean Six Sigma program in an organization or company. The main intention of this course is to equip the participants with the necessary information about Lean & Six Sigma, the methodology, initiatives & tools before the embarking in a full blown implementation of the Lean Six Sigma program in their company or organization.

6. Six Sigma Black Belt Program (DMAIC)
The Six Sigma Black Belt Program is designed for selected employees (i.e. Black Belt candidates) to acquire the special skills and knowledge required before leading or taking part in any Continuous Improvement (CI) project and achieving breakthrough results through Six Sigma initiatives. The selected employees will then effectively utilize the Six Sigma tools throughout their organization, customers and suppliers for achieving significant business improvement results. Through the demonstrations of the skills and knowledge of Six Sigma tools in their work and business improvement projects, the successful employees will then be recognized as Black Belts (BB). Duration of this course is around 4 weeks (i.e. 5 days per week, 8 hours per day = 20 days) and normally spans across a total period of 4 months

7. Accelerating Lean Transformation
This 2-day course is on reducing operational costs and meeting customer’s ever demanding requirements are more important than ever before, forcing most companies to adapt and run as efficiently as possible. Unlike most companies that are struggling to balance between operational costs versus customer requirements, Toyota, who invented the Toyota Production System (TPS), now popularly known as Lean Manufacturing, has been dominating the automotive industry as the world largest and the most profitable automaker since 2008.

Lean Manufacturing is a set of proven methodology, initiatives and tools, that can help an organization reduce the three major wastes of the “hidden factory”-wastes, imbalance & inconsistency. Companies that have been successful in implementing Lean Manufacturing are able to achieve superior results in terms of Cost, Quality & Delivery.

This course will provide an overview and the main benefits of implementing Lean Manufacturing in an organization. The main intention of this course is to equip the
participants with the necessary knowledge & skills about Lean Manufacturing, the methodology, initiatives & tools before embarking on a full blown implementation of Lean Manufacturing in their respective organization.

8. Comparative Method and Reliability Analysis for Engineers (2 day course – Part 1 & 2)
Part I (Day #1): This Part I instills awareness and expectation that customer satisfaction can be improved by understanding continuous improvement strategy. The participant will learn how to quantify variation, both analytically and graphically. The course will also teach the participant how to make comparisons and understand if there is any statistical difference in the analysis.

Part II (Day #2): This Part II introduces the participant to the tools used and the flow of the tools in Reliability. Participants will be taught on how and when to use the Reliability tools to improve quality of product design during Product Development.

9. Effective Problem Solving & Decision Making
This 1-day course is a one-day course, hands-on instructor-led class. The class focuses on Problem Solving concepts and tools application. Participants will learn practical problem solving & decision making tools and how to properly apply those tools once they return to their respective organizations.

This course is organized mainly around the Six Sigma problem solving methodology, a systematic process for analyzing and resolving complex “unknown cause” situations in an organization.

10. Lean Value Stream Mapping
This 2-day course is using the Value Stream Mapping method (VSM) as a visualization tool oriented to the Toyota version of Lean Manufacturing (Toyota Production System). It helps to understand and streamline work processes using the tools and techniques of Lean.

The participant will learn how to use Value Stream Mapping (VSM) to streamline a process with the goals of efficiency and providing value to our customers. This course explains how this powerful tool is an essential part of Lean Manufacturing efforts. Participant can improve quality, reduce waste, and reduce costs in any business process. VSM helps you to simplify your work efforts by targeting key processes, material flow and information flow from product order to delivery.

11. Six Sigma Business Improvement Model
This 2-day course is a hands-on instructor led class. Class focuses on DMAIC concepts and tools application. Participants will learn problem solving, project management and basic statistical skills and apply them to identified improvement projects.

This course is organized around the DMAIC methodology, a systematic method for analyzing and improving business performance in an organization.

12. Statistical Process Control and Process Capability
This 2 day course introduces the participant to Statistical Process Control & Process Capability. Participants will be taught to perform several types of control charts and process capability analysis using statistical tools in Minitab and use a recipe to select appropriate control charts and process capability indices. The course includes in-class lectures, discussions, examples, and exercises using Minitab software.
