Workshop Synopsis:

This sharing session aims to provide introduction about the Project Management Institute (PMI®), what are the benefit of PMI® memberships, what types of world recognized credentials you can obtain from PMI®, how you can connect to PMI® and start getting benefits from it. The speaker, Ir. Dr. Mui will introduce PMI® “A Guide to the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK® Guide)”, good practices and share his personal experiences of using the guide in a few industries he worked. How effective application of project management knowledge and skill can enhance individual’s business and career path. He will also provide some tips on how to plan, execute, and manage project effectively.
