Workshop Synopsis (Abstract)
The latest hot topic on semiconductor industries and worldwide automation is surrounding Artificial Intelligence (Ai). Giant companies like AMD, Nvidia and Intel began to incorporate elements of Ai into the chip maker design and processing power.
Depending on the revolutionary design, chatGPT has gained popularity among multi-sectors and lately Google, Oracle and Microsoft have joined forces to develop Ai machine learning in their own branded software.
As a project manager, this innovation idea may somehow affect the customer experience and performance of the project outcomes and deliverables. If there is an opportunity to inject Ai into your project roadmap and specification, this may surface as a bonus point or eventually becoming an essential feature during software or hardware development lifecycle.
This 1.5 hour talk aims to provide you with a high level impact analysis on the Project Manager’s role. It is a compilation of various articles on how professional PMs will behave and how they strive to win the projects. Eric Giam Kah Hooi

Eric has been actively involved in training and consulting for over the past 15 years. He is a Master Graduate from George Washington University (GWU). He completed his Master of Business Administration from University Science Malaysia in 2013.
Eric has completed several terms of Six Sigma Green Belt training and extended his job in running Quality Projects to help the organization achieve the organizational goal. He recently developed his skills in software Agile and Scrum methodology in application of RAT and Scrum programs.
