Workshop Synopsis (Abstract)
Managing a quick paced project that involved a cross-functional team is a challenging task by itself, and the agile requirements to balance up the different daily challenges makes it even harder for the project manager to cater and fulfill all key stakeholder’s needs.
This 2.0-hour forum aims to share what are the challenges of handling a quick paced project that have a daily challenge that needs to be resolved fast and concise. With a big team, how to handle the team effectively and what are the PM tools & methodology as well as IT tools applied to deal with such challenges. The sharing will be based on an actual project that was successfully closed recently. This forum also aims to exchange and discuss the experiences of other project managers in the forum.
