Program Synopsis:
Researchers and human resource development (HRD) practitioners in the United States have highlighted the practicality of personality assessments for stakeholder management due to their focus and ease of application. This is supported by researchers who conducted related studies across Western Europe. Therefore, it is important for us to find out which personality assessments are currently in trend and which are the most practical for stakeholder management.
This 1.5-hour forum aims to share the four most popular personality assessments, highlight the personality assessment that serves as a game changer for stakeholder management, and provide some application examples. The session will end with a Q&A and discussion.

Speaker Profile:
Teoh Chin Hoong (a.k.a “CH”)
- PhD, Certified PMP
- CH graduated from the Liverpool John Moores University (UK) with a BEng (Hons) in Manufacturing Systems Engineering. CH later completed his PhD in Project Management from the Universiti Malaysia Perlis. He has successfully implemented over one hundred projects for test and measurement industry, specialising in project, program, portfolio, and governance.
